Yeah, we are those damn millennials you love to hate. We are also experienced creatives who remember prepress processes prior to PDF’s… Ok, fine, we don’t remember that. But we did watch Mad Men, so we get the idea.
Actually, we still sketch out ideas on pen and paper. We also still write things by hand. We each have our own unique processes that we bring to the table, and we aren’t afraid to look to one another for inspiration. In fact, that might be our strongest suit.

What I do comes down to telling stories and that’s my favorite thing to do. Marketing shouldn’t be about deciding between a creative or strategic approach. The two should always work together. Find the story behind it, give people a reason to think differently about it, and they’ll always remember it.

Lunch breaks are some of the most fun, productive blocks of time on my schedule. I’ve seen a coworker’s joke turn into a successful, three-month long campaign for a client. I’ve found that account management is less about managing, and more about knowing when to step aside to ensure the best ideas have the opportunity to succeed.
Writing is all about connection, uncovering the common denominators in stories to find what connects people to people, businesses to customers. I love digging deep to discover the heart of a story and providing a platform for genuine, unique connections.
