IN THEIR OWN WORDS: QUOTES FROM OUR CLIENTS
Marketing with a Mission
At Innovations Branding House, we’ve been working to solve problems and reach the goals of our clients for more than 20 years. From simple website designs, to strategies to reach new audiences to full on rebrands, we’ve worked together with our clients to achieve success through marketing.
But you don’t have to take our word for it! Here are a few testimonials from our clients about what it’s like working with the Innovations team:
What They Had to Say:
First Kentucky Bank
“Working with Innovations Branding House, they really helped us break out of the box. Especially in banking, where it’s highly regulated. It’s hard to have creative ideas because you have to get past compliance. Innovations came up with fresh ideas. We were impressed with the results that we got. They really do have out-of-the-box ideas that make you stand out from the crowd. And that’s what you want with marketing.”
– Amanda Rorer, Marketing and CRA Officer at First Kentucky Bank
We worked closely with the First Kentucky team to help strengthen their brand, developing a new website and launching the “Prosper” campaign aimed at promoting financial education to both new and existing customers. Through print materials, strategic ad placement and a branded video series (just to name a few), we were not only able to make a lasting impression for their target audience, but the Prosper video series also won several awards in the process. Our partnership with First Kentucky Bank was both fruitful and rewarding in every sense.

Tenacity Training
“In my very first meeting with Innovations and the team, I went in to have them develop a video for me. After sitting down with the team and taking a really personalized look at what my brand was, we decided it was an excellent moment to take the time to step back, slow down, and establish what brand I was going to use. Whether that was going to be Ninja Nicole to launch my platform or whether it was going to be pursuing Tenacity Training to launch my platform.
Innovations didn’t just solve the issue that I came in looking for an answer for, they stopped me and gave me the appropriate advice which was to figure out what my brand is first and then develop my needs after that.”
– Nicole Griffin, Owner of Tenacity Training & Four-Time Ninja Warrior Contestant
The first thing we do when we meet with a client is drill down that client’s goals. We then assess the situation as a team and work to develop not just a strategy to achieve those goals, but also a strategy to point the client in the right direction if we see a gap or an opportunity to better leverage their strengths. The best way to achieve this is through interviews and research, both to get a full scope of the business and to develop a better understanding of their industry and the potential within it.
If a client comes in looking for a video spot, it’s easy to just create that and move on to the next project. But that’s not what we want to do. We want to understand the goal behind the request. We don’t want to create something if that’s not actually what a client needs to achieve their goals. This process requires a lot of questions, a lot of brainstorming, and a lot of teamwork. And that’s exactly how we get solutions for our clients.

Kentucky Machine & Engineering
“Our goal this year was to pick up 10 long-term new customers that we could work for and keep 3-4 jobs year round for them. We had not envisioned or intended to go outside of North America. We see now that the possibilities of us getting outside of North America could be very lucrative. It’s a very real possibility we could do that this year. That was a long-term goal, for maybe 2021-22, but it’s already starting to take shape. We’re very excited with what we’re seeing and what Innovations has done for us. I can’t say enough good about what they’ve done for Kentucky Machine & Engineering.”
– Greg Allen, CEO of Kentucky Machine & Engineering
One of the most powerful partnerships a company can have is with their marketing agency. We work with a lot of businesses who have internal marketing departments, but they don’t have the means to utilize all the tools available. If that were easy to do, our firm would be much, much smaller!

The truth is, with all the moving parts in the world of marketing, it truly takes a team to launch an effective campaign. That is the greatest advantage of partnering with an agency. You’re not just hiring a person to help you out, you’re hiring a team of educated individuals all working toward the same goal: reaching your target audience, communicating your message and ultimately, strengthening your brand.
