Banterra Bank, a regional, community bank competing against much larger national banks, wanted to highlight their capabilities to potential customers. They felt the services they offered were up to par with any of their larger competitors, but wanted a message to convey that to potential customers while reminding their current customers what makes them great.

After talking with the Banterra team, combing through reviews and comments from their customers and conducting market research, Innovations created a concept to highlight what differentiates Banterra from the other guys. Working with a talented and cooperative team, we built this video spot to showcase their attention to customer care, a valued trait among their loyal clients.
