Through an extensive research campaign of their current customers, we developed a brand strategy that spoke to both what their brand strength was, and what could make them stronger, defined by the customers themselves. We developed a deeply-rooted campaign centered around their core strengths and what customers needed. Together with the First Kentucky marketing department, we launched the “Prosper” campaign initiative, which continues to provide financial encouragement and resources to First Kentucky customers through a variety of mediums and channels.
