“In my very first meeting with Innovations and the team, I went in to have them develop a video for me. After sitting down with the team and taking a really personalized look at what my brand was, we decided it was an excellent moment to take the time to step back, slow down, and establish what brand I was going to use. Whether that was going to be Ninja Nicole to launch my platform or whether it was going to be pursuing Tenacity Training to launch my platform.
Innovations didn’t just solve the issue that I came in looking for an answer for, they stopped me and gave me the appropriate advice which was to figure out what my brand is first and then develop my needs after that.”

The first thing we do when we meet with a client is drill down that client’s goals. We then assess the situation as a team and work to develop not just a strategy to achieve those goals, but also a strategy to point the client in the right direction if we see a gap or an opportunity to better leverage their strengths. The best way to achieve this is through interviews and research, both to get a full scope of the business and to develop a better understanding of their industry and the potential within it.
If a client comes in looking for a video spot, it’s easy to just create that and move on to the next project. But that’s not what we want to do. We want to understand the goal behind the request. We don’t want to create something if that’s not actually what a client needs to achieve their goals. This process requires a lot of questions, a lot of brainstorming, and a lot of teamwork. And that’s exactly how we get solutions for our clients.
