2000–2004
Founding & Early Growth
Innovations Branding House began as IVS, Inc. in 2000, operating first from a home office before moving to a small commercial space on Kentucky Avenue. The business initially focused on 3D renderings and website development, utilizing early HTML and physical servers. This era planted the seed for the company’s future in digital branding.
2005–2009
Moving On Up
In 2005, IVS moved to its first owned building at 404 Broadway, marking a period of growth. The team expanded and began offering video production services as YouTube emerged. This expansion of services established the company as a broader digital marketing and multimedia provider, setting the stage for its next evolution.
2010–2019
Innovations is Born
The company underwent a major transformation in 2010, rebranding as Innovations Branding House and moving to a historic building at 612 Broadway. This era saw the development of specialized departments—graphic design, digital marketing, SEO, and video production—while adopting advanced web platforms and digital ad tools. Serving both local and national clients, Innovations solidified its reputation as a full-service branding and marketing agency.
2020–2021
Innovations Burning House
The COVID-19 pandemic forced a sudden shift to remote work, but Innovations adapted quickly, leveraging video-based client communication and online collaboration tools. Just as the team prepared to return to the office in 2021, a devastating fire destroyed the 612 Broadway location, leaving the Innovations team to utilize their remote workflows once again. Despite these challenges, the business maintained operations seamlessly, proving its resilience and client-first approach.
2022–Present
Feelin’ Fine at 609
After years of transition, Innovations moved into its permanent home at 609 Jefferson St. in 2022: a custom-built space designed for collaboration, creativity, and hybrid work. The agency now operates at its highest capacity, serving a growing roster of clients. As Innovations celebrates 25 years in 2025, it stands as a testament to adaptability, innovation, and enduring client partnerships.
