The Calloway County Health Department works hard to protect and improve the health of Murray, KY residents through prevention, education, and essential public health services. Their focus is simple: helping people in Calloway County live healthier, safer lives.
The Challenge
In order to serve their community, Calloway County Health Department reached out to us to receive help promoting their services. In particular, they wanted to highlight HANDS, a program for new parents, and raise awareness for H5N1 bird flu.
The Solution
To support the Calloway County Health Department in achieving their goals, we developed a strategic marketing plan designed to elevate their branding and improve their community awareness. We determined that they were in need of a redesigned logo and color palette, an updated website, and ad campaigns for HANDS and H5N1 consisting of graphics and video content.

The updated branding we designed gave the Calloway County Health Department a more cohesive and unique identity. Our updates to their website improved clarity and accessibility, making it easier for residents to find information and services. Targeted ad campaigns for HANDS and H5N1 increased visibility around these critical programs. Additionally, we created educational video content to support the H5N1 campaign and promote awareness. Together, these elements strengthened brand recognition and positioned the Health Department for more effective outreach moving forward.
