A common thread we see in the success of our clients is a great origin story, and ViWinTech Windows and Doors is no different. It’s a great story of a small-town American company that has been dedicated to creating reliable and affordable products. They have worked hard to support the local economy by providing citizens with good jobs since their original owner, Pete Brown, first got started back in 1952. ViWinTech Windows & Doors takes pride in what they do, always keeping the customer in mind and putting great care into each custom-built window and door that leaves their shop, even as their customer base has grown from the local area to nationwide.

The Challenge

Working with ViWinTech Windows & Doors came with the advantage of a client that had already done the legwork of creating an established business. ViWinTech was already selling vinyl windows and doors to hundreds of distributors in multiple states. They had an existing sales team and some printed materials, but wanted to continue growing their brand. They needed help understanding what works and doesn’t work for marketing, specifically digitally. ViWinTech needed:

  • Consistent branding, both digitally via their website, socials and digital ads and physically via their library of printed ads and sales materials.
  • A strong digital strategy that could help them increase current customer orders, gain new customers, build brand awareness, and obtain and convert leads from their website.
  • A presence on social media platforms where they could better connect with current and prospective customers and build their reputation as a trustworthy and established brand.

The Solution

ViWinTech got a refreshed and cleaned-up brand built upon an intensive research project done by our brand experts. New brand visuals and voice were implemented across their entire business, from a brand new website to printed materials including truck wraps and their entire catalog of brochures and handouts, creating a cohesive and recognizable brand for customers.

ViWinTech’s newly established presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn continues to provide a convenient place for them to connect and interact directly with their customers. Digital ads help create awareness for their brand and keep them front of mind for homeowners, contractors and distributors alike. ViWinTech’s YouTube video channel targets DIYers and provides an opportunity to share relevant information, establishing them as educational leaders and authority figures within the window and sliding door industry.

The Results

ViWinTech got a cohesive brand that’s more recognizable by the end consumer, and we got an ongoing relationship with a great client that continues to believe in our strategy and the impact we provide their business. We’d call that a win-win.
